  • RETURN, SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND TOTAL LOSS ITEMS

    You (the "Client") are responsible for keeping and returning all items in perfect condition and on the return date and hour previously arranged. Please thoroughly inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition before returning. Upon return, we will inspect the items and reimburse the Security Deposit within 48 hours, provided that all items are in the same condition as they were picked up or delivered. The security deposit will not be reimbursed if one or several items are damaged. If the damages are beyond repair, a fee of $250.00 FOR EACH DAMAGED ITEM ("TOTAL LOSS ITEM FEE") will apply to the card on file. The TOTAL LOSS ITEM FEE is also charged if items are not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return date. Please refer to the images attached to this Rental Terms & Conditions for examples of TOTAL LOSS ITEMS.

  • NO REFUNDS POLICY; CANCELLATIONS:

    No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.

    We strongly recommend that you confirm your rental days before booking. Once items are booked, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

    The Client may reschedule their rentals within 60 days based on availability and subject to a rate increase, if applicable.

    WEATHER POLICY:

    Please note that we can only arrange outdoor setups if there is no expected rain or wind exceeding 10 MPH in your event's location. Florida's weather can be unpredictable, so we highly recommend having a backup plan for rain or an indoor area to set up your rentals and enjoy your special day. Since hurricane season runs from June to November, the best outdoor event months are from mid-December to May. Our current No Refund Policy is applicable for cancellations due to weather.
